| Why can I receive no traps in HiVision / Industrial HiVision? |
Check first of all if there is any other application running which already started a trap deamon.
If you have more than just one management-software running on the same PC e.g. HiVision and Industrial HiVision you need to install the SNMP-trap service of windows.
HiVision and Industrial HiVision will connect to the windows trap service and are both able to receive trap messages. |
