system installed in the region. However some parts are getting scarce

Not sure which system you have?
Look at the number under the main receptionist phone
and also under the general office phones. It will be something like DBC
12345....... note it down and send it in an email to us. In some cases we
will need you to send a digital image of the phone handset and the main
Ericsson telephone system box in the telecom cupboard.
