What is the C-Key ?

The C-Key is a rugged, compact (35 mm x 24 mm) and robust 128 Kb non-volatile memory with SPI bus interface, it allows for quick on-site backup and restore of the configuration of an equipment, eliminating the needs in tools or computer for maintenance operation, it can also be used for firmware upgrade and data collection storage.
Device interfaces with the equipment through an HE10 type connector and offers IP66 seal rating.

The C-Key equips ACKSYS radio solutions such as WLg-Switch, WLg-IDA/S and
WLg-IDA/N[P] and its railways switch MSW-ABOARD.

It does not require an interface to SPI bus and a +3.3 VDC power supply, it comes with an example program written in C.

The C-Key is designed for industrial and transportation applications, it fulfils the most severe requirements in terms of operating environment: operating temperature from -20°C to +70°C (-4°F to 158°F), shockproof and vibration proof according to MIL-STD-810F standard, seal rating IP66.

The C-Key allows to:

Quick on-site save & restore the configuration of an equipment without any other tools

    Firmware upgrade

    Storage for data aquisition system
