- A new Attendant console for better centralized call management:
PIMphony Attendant is a convenient new application for attendants.
Its ergonomic interface allows efficient call management and
customer greeting with quick dialling facilities and mono
or multi-site high-end supervision.
- Leverage your wireless LAN infrastructure with the new Voice
over WLAN solution that delivers fully featured Alcatel telephony
services with a new range of Alcatel IP wireless phones and
the support of IP mobile devices such as PDAs.
- Wireless desktop telephony with bluetooth handset for comfort
and freedom.
- Improved mobility services for off-site mobile workers with
the new Nomadic Cellular Extension feature. Seamless substitution
of fixed phones with either mobile or any external phones
